Returns & damage
Each artwork is an original. Please review its photographs, dimensions, and materials before ordering. I’m happy to answer questions before a purchase.
Change of mind
Original artworks are final sale for a change of mind, subject to applicable law.
If something is wrong on arrival
If a work arrives damaged, is not the one you ordered, or is materially different from its listing, please email me as soon as you can. Include your order number and clear photographs of the work and its packaging. Please keep the original packaging while we sort things out.
I will arrange and pay for an insured return when one is needed, and provide a full refund, including the original shipping cost. I will handle any carrier claim separately.
If you would prefer to keep a damaged work, we can instead agree on professional conservation or a partial refund. That choice is yours; you do not have to accept either in place of a return and full refund.
